reality of what most of my meals are like, just leftover steamed potatoes and chopped up veg. no, you don’t always need to be eating fancy acai bowls and raw treats and all that. don’t try using the excuse that “veganism is so hard” and “takes too much effort”, this literally took me 5 minutes to put together, less if I didn’t snap a pic for insta. don’t over complicate things; invest in potatoes, rice, frozen veg, beans, oats, corn, and pastas, which are amongst some of the cheapest foods in the world. don’t be fooled by me or other bloggers, just because I always post my fancy smoothies and desserts doesn’t mean that’s what I’m always eating, 99% of the time I’m eating whatever starch was on sale at the market. simplicity is key my friends 🐇
