This will be one of my emotional venting so if you don’t want to read just scroll on. I some times need to just let my emotions out.
So for the last week, if not more, I’ve been on an emotional rollercoaster of depressive episodes and anxiety/panic attacks.
The stress and toxicity I deal with on a daily basis at my job is making my mental health worse to the point that sometimes I don’t know what is the point to keep going.
I don’t really have friends to talk to that care to listen to what I feel and making friends is difficult when you tell like your existence is a burden to others. I have no partner because I guess getting close to someone that is aroace is not worth the time or effort.
I try to distract myself in the fandom I adore but when I have to energy or not feel like a bother for existing and speak, I feel invisible in servers and just knock me down more. This also makes my motivation to write my fics even harder, like what’s the point or do I only matter when I’m sharing content that my depression makes me feel no one likes to begin with.
If you made this far, thanks for reading what I had to get off my chest. Plz no negativity I don’t need more.
