I guess I opened myself to that then. I guess it felt like it'd be worth it even if it killed me in the end.

It feels like it is killing me now. But also like it is helping me breathe.

Every time I try to let go I end up holding on tighter.

I don't know how to find my way out of this.

I believe this, and remind myself of this, even just now, a few minutes ago, I thought about exactly this. I just have a hard time hearing mine, reconnecting with it lately. Sometimes I worry it went on mute. And that I lost it for good.

In this very moment, I don't really hear it.

I so believe this, but wish I could prove it somehow, or validate it better for myself. I don't know if it's the organs that hold the pain, or the fascia, the muscles, or everything. But it is there somewhere for sure, reflected on the physical body too.
