He shook his head sitting the bowl down and watching the pup run towards it. “Hey babe. I hope you didn’t buy out the whole store this time.

“I mean, you can’t just give me a card and not tell me my limit” She said putting the bag on the counter. “But No, I did not just bought Venus some treats. Got some stuff for the bathroom and some oreos.”

Dandy had gone out to pick up a few things at the store. Walking in she smiled as Venus ran up her. “How’s my big boy?” She asked picking him up.

“You’re spoiling him.” Tristan muttered while grabbing the dog food and pouring it into his bowl.

Tristan was currently laying out on the deck watching as Venus ran up and down the the beach. It was mid afternoon and he hadn’t fed the pup since the morning.Sighing softly he whistled before opening the door. He then waited for the pup to come in before closing it and heading towards the kitchen.

Dandy had gone out to pick up a few things at the store. Walking in she smiled as Venus ran up her. “How’s my big boy?” She asked picking him up.

"I think you definition of sweetheart is a bit twisted babe." He watched Venus jump on the bed and shook his head. "He doesn’t care what I say so he won’t cry. He watched as she got up out of the bed and walked over to him. He smiled wrapping an arm around her and placed a kiss on her forehead.

"A little bit. We can just stay here and order in. Unless you want to cook?"

"He just needs to let all that energy out, you should know how animals who are created by creators are. They can't seem to settle down" Venus had been a gift from one of the mutants upon arrive. She had fallen in love with the pup at first sight. He gave her some sort of comfort that she never really had before.

"We can order in, if you'd like. I really don't feel like going out"

It was amazing how a coin could cause such a headache. All it took was losing one simple coin toss and Tristan found his self out in the woods taking Venus for a walk.. well it was more of a run. Venus didn’t quite understand what the words slow down or stop mean so he had to run after the pup a few times.

Finally almost an hour later both Tristan and Venus were making their way back into the dorm rooms. He had assumed that the pup was tired but he was wrong. As they got closer to the room the pup started to bark in excitement. Sighing softly he looked at the pup. “Keep it down Venus.”

Pulling out his keys he opened the door and watched as Venus ran into the room. He sighed running his fingers through his hair as he looked over at his wife when she spoke. Shaking his head he tossed the keys on the table before responding. “That is your child and he is always a trouble maker.”

"He is a sweetheart, and he is our child" Dandy frowned as venus jumped on the bed into her arms. "Don't tell him that, you're going to make him cry" she mocked. It had taken a long time for Venus to get used to Tristan, but as they days went on she found them both cuddles into each other at night or laying down for an afternoon nap.

"Are you hungry?" she asked pulling herself out of bed. Walking to him she placed a small kiss on his chest "We can go out to eat or we can go into the student kitchen and cook something up, Charlie said she was there earlier to cook for Theo and it was empty when she left" she stated.

Dandy survived on yogurt and cereal bars all her life, she could snack on them all day if she had to. Maybe that was part of the reason why she was always so weak.

"or we can have yogurt?" she laughed.

Late night

Dandelion had her back against the headboard of Tristan's old bed. It had been different moving into his dorm but it felt nice. She didn't have a roommate to deal with and seeing as no one wanted to room with Tristan at the beginning of the year to to his 'lovely' ways it was easier for her to move in with him. The school found it to be a bit odd to have a married couple on campus but how could they deny them? Tristan wasn't allowed to leave the campus due to his powers and Dandy was there to teach and train, so here they were.

Flipping the page on the book she had been reading she smiled as she heard barking from down the hall followed by a very stern voice commanding him to lower his voice.

As the door opened she looked up and smiled at her Husband "is your child being a trouble maker again, darling?" she asked curiously.
