Casey Neistat (top) is a transcendentalist film maker/youtuber who is not afraid to break the rules, yet he is wise beyond his years. I aspire to be the independent and inspirational person that Casey is. He is an extremely hard working New Yorker, who radiates confidents in his work once he reaches the work’s  fullest potential. 

Georgia O’eeffe’s work (middle) inspires me because I am fascinated by her close-up perspective of the organic objects she paints. She is able to incorporate so much detail in her artwork and captures the essence of flowers by making them look soft and delicate.

Tim Burton (bottom 2) has one of the most unique styles that I have ever experienced. I fist learned of his work when I visited the MOMA, when he had an exhibition with all of his sculptures and illustrations on display. Burton reminds me to create my own style and be as original as I can be.

happy birthday, great dane !!

sucks that we don’t have any pictures together, but.. our time will come soon. and when it does, we’ll be unstoppable. something like (dane)rys targaryen but imagine she had a twin that she ran the world with. it’ll be like that :D

but anyway.. happy birthday, great dane !! thank you for being one of the most outstanding people i’ve ever met in the time i’ve known you. i know we’ve distanced a bit within these last few months, but i also know that it doesn’t mean anything has ever changed between us. i appreciate that a lot about our friendship !! i appreciate that you work to understand me, and that you go out of your way to ensure my happiness and comfort. i’ll always do the same for you, and i really hope you know that. i know we’ve had a few little rough patches, but i’m really, really glad that we’ve managed to work through them quickly and leave them in the past. i can only hope that we’ll continue to carry out such a Great Friendship, because, trust me..... we’re one for the books ! i know things haven’t been the absolute best for you lately, and i hope you know that i’m always here if you need a single thing. i know i’m not much help, but i promise that i’ll always do everything i can for you. be good to yourself, dane !! treat yourself just as well as you treat everyone else. be kind, and considerate, and respectful to your own emotions and your own well-being. remember that you’re strong and you have a good head on your shoulders, and that you can do anything you want. and i mean that. be good to yourself, dane. okay ??
