There is a sweet old lady who came in today and she was worried she would definitely have to get ALL of her medications if she signed her name (she was strapped for cash because thanksgiving) and I was dumbfounded and said

 “No, I would NEVER make you get things you couldn’t afford, you don’t have to get any of this if you don’t need it right now” and she just laughed and beamed up at me and she said “how could I ever not trust you, even for a second, you’re so sweet” 

and then we had some banter and she wished me and my family a happy thanksgiving

I almost cried because for a second I was like “I don’t have one” 

but I do.  My friends are my family and that is so cliche and dumb but it is real and true and also beautfiul

and now I am crying

ok well life has been pretty fantastic these past few months. party every weekend. friendsgiving this thursday (hmu if u want in and we havent explicitly invited you yet) and the used annoucned a tour and atal came back after 5 years and i can see them live and i have best friends again and my boyfriend is great and  aaahhhh everything is soooo goooodddd
