Are all of the murderers/victims planned beforehand, or do you make it up as the story goes? (love the fanfic btw, sometimes it's more interesting than the actual game 🔥)

The victims/killers have all been planned out since the beginning. I have the culprit, the motive, the victim, the vague direction of each character’s arc, and a couple of major plot beats planned ahead of time, but the rest I make up on a chapterly basis. I have like three different documents detailing the direction of the fic, send help 😭😭😭
