My eyes are blue according to my id, they've never been brown. I have better lighting now than I used to in my videos, which does effect how my face and eyes appear onscreen

Any music animatic things you want to make have my blessing!! Hmm, requests... I mean, I would love to see an interpretation of Xerox if you're interested (a song about destroying yourself and becoming nothing so that you feel loved). But anything you want to do would be awesome I think

hello!!! i wanted to bring up smth small on the legion website- i'm a huuuge sucker for customizing websites to the max and noticed your site doesn't have a favicon (which has a million names, its essentially the little icon that appears next to the tab title, if that makes sense?)
its a super simple line of code right after </script>
the code i use is <link rel="icon" type="image/x-icon" href="(IMAGE FILE)"> for my personal blog! in my experience any image file type works :p
this is in no way a necessary thing, it's just a neat lil detail i enjoy customizing. have a wonderful day!

do you have any tips for album cover photography? or is it just one of those things where you take a random photo from four years ago and use that for a cover
Hmm, I didn't know what I was doing when designing covers so I just looked at what other artists I liked were doing to see what stood out to me
I do a lot of image editing in my covers, so a random picture will get edited to hell to get the look I want + hallucinogenic text
As with everything in art, it's good to do things with intention not randomly. everything I do I try to tie into something else etc

any tips on making music actually sound coherent. asking as someone who is trying and sucking immensely at turning my brain music that I am Always Making Up into coherent stuff on bandlab. if not that's chill I am just the Curiouser
The main thing I can say is it gets easier with practice, when I was a kid I wrote in a notebook which eventually had over 100 songs in it, all of which had music and melody in my head. I wasn't able to conjure/create it yet, and after years of playing guitar and piano on a super mediocre level, I was eventually able to turn what was happening in my head into a physical form. It just takes a lot of experimentation and curiosity:)
Additionally, I also get more abstract/nebulous with what's in my head. Because while composing and producing music, new better more interesting ideas will reveal themselves to you as you layer stuff in.
On a more practical sense, it's good to think of sounds as different frequencies, high/mid/low, so you can better understand how to mix them together. Definitely invest in a midi keyboard if you don't have one already!

Needle was written, constructed, recorded, mixed, and released in 2 long manic nights. I was sad so I made a sad pathetic EP. Sort of a love letter to my older style of recording, I returned to recording lofi garbage and turning it into something that matters.
