Rachel opened the first book and started taking notes, she was concentrated enough to not notice Danielle’s glance at her. She was pretty determined to finish the project as soon as possible so she could do rehearsals later.  She looked up at Danielle as she spoke to her, leaving her concentration aside for a moment. “They are, that’s why we picked these ones” she said tilting her head for a moment. “It does, I’m taking very informative and interesting notes from the one I have open.”

What is with this girl? Dani wonders to herself. Is she always this uptight? Hmm maybe she’s not getting any sex.  “I’m just about done with my research. How close are you to be finished?”

That’s great you write your own music. Did it start out as poetry writing and evolved into music? I don’t know how song writing works. I assume it’s that.

Oh yes! All time time. I love 80s rock! It’s probably my favorite genre.

Yes it did start out as poetry writing, when I was about 8. The early stuff wasn’t the greatest. I’d like to think I’m a lot better now!

She nodded and walked towards the library and once they were in there, she approached the bookcase to grab all the information she needed for their project. As soon as they finished, she could move onto the rest of her homework.  Rachel placed her books on the table as well and smiled to the girl. “Then let’s get started!”

“Great!” the girls start working. She glances over at Rachel. As annoying as she was, at least she was a good worker and pretty to look at.
