An animation I did of my most recent drawing. Animating is so much fun and I look forward to doing more for future drawings. Prints available in my shop. Etsy | Instagram

I wanted to talk a little bit about the five over-excitabilities (OEs) that gifted people experience. Giftedness is about more than just intelligence: it affects how people feel, behave, and interact with the world.
This is a very simplified description of each over-excitability, so I encourage you to do some more research if this topic interests you. Also, please realize that while âgiftedâ is the most common term, âasynchronous developmentâ has less stigma around it and is the more specific term.
[If you found this educational or helpful, please reblog this! It takes a long time to make these, so I would appreciate it.]

Artworks about trauma and awarenes inspired by my shadowwork âHonestly itâs all very curious how society has, imo, just banished considerations of psychology and emotions in most areas of life⌠it just all seems strange to me and I wonder why or how it happened this way⌠I dunno about you but I just feel like psychology/emotion is rarely talked about, even in contexts where it is very obviously relevant⌠We talk about politics, for example, as if everyone behaves extremely rationally and logically even though it couldnât be further from the truth⌠Our psychological âissuesâ and âneurosesâ affect how we behave ALL the time and is the huge driving force behind most of what we do⌠maybe Iâm missing something but it just seems like we hardly ever talk about that.â
