Bless and be blessed.
A few weeks ago I was driving home from Atlanta. I stopped at a gas station and a lady at the pump next to me noticed my drums in the backseat of my car. As soon as I opened my door she asked me if I wanted to give my drums to her. I laughed because how could she be serious, right? Well, she was. One hundred percent. She started telling me about some kid in a country that she went to recently with her church. The kid has little to nothing but has a real passion for music and drums specifically. She told me that his one pair of sticks were broken and held together by duct tape, his cymbals were all cracked and his heads were busted. So, this lady, who I thought was absolutely crazy was really just trying to help this kid out. Long story short I didn't give her my drum set but I gave her some sticks and a drum head to send to him.
The whole point of this random story is that it made me so happy to do something for someone else. I'm so thankful for that opportunity. If you get a chance to do something for someone else no matter how big or small it may be please do! It'll leave you with a great feeling :)
