Un Buda es aquel que está despierto, que es consciente de lo que está sucediendo en el momento presente. Posee una comprensión y un amor muy profundos. Todo el mundo puede ser un Buda. Todos somos futuros Budas. Lo somos porque podemos tener una profunda comprensión y una gran capacidad para amar y aliviar el sufrimiento de los demás.

El Buda dijo que hay muchos otros Budas en todas partes que están enseñando e intentando llevar el amor y la compasión a la vida cotidiana. El Buda dijo: “Todos vosotros sois futuros Budas”. Y tenía razón, porque en cada uno de nosotros hay semillas de comprensión, amor y compasión. Cuando cultivamos el amor y la comprensión, regamos esas semillas y entonces crecen y dan fruto. Si practicamos según las enseñanzas del Buda, nos convertimos en Budas.

El Buda no es un dios. No es algo que está fuera de nosotros, en el cielo o en la cima de una montaña, sino que está vivo y vive en nuestro interior. Cuando sabemos cómo respirar, caminar, sonreír y tratar a las personas, las plantas, los animales y los minerales, nos convertimos en verdaderos Budas.

Kdrama fans PLEASE help me

Hi guys I’m new to watching kdramas and need some help to decide what to watch.

I started by watching Dramaland which isn’t a proper kdrama but from there I decided I wanted to see what they’re really like.
