My weekend and stuff

So it's like Tuesday already, but I've been busy sleeping and whatnot. 

Brief update on my life goes like 

Over the weekend i did a fair amount of training- although not as much as I would've wanted. I seem to be holding myself back recently and not letting myself commit to certain movements - which is kinda frustrating. 

There's like 3 movements in Ipswich which i physically cannot make myself do, anyone else who has experienced this knows how annoying it is :@.

Good news as well though, I'm finally trying to piece together a small video of me to put up, so that should be around sometime before 2014 (hopefully)
