As a young child Dante Torres had an obsession with the supernatural beings in Necture, North Carolina. Each night he would ask his father to tell him a story about them to put him to sleep. While at the time for dinner table he would constantly bring up what other kids said about different species. Or how he had met a classmate with a supernatural parent. It got to such an obsessive point, his parents banned him from accepting the option of the pill. It was also the reason they did the same for his younger sister, Jasmin. Due to that decision, Dante became very defiant as a pre-teen and teenager. He would stay out past his curfew. Only spend time with greater beings. Curse at the table or to his parents. Along with actively ignoring his parents while out home.
Many who did not live in the house thought he was a good son, but his family and he knew better. Near the end of his high school career, the young man regretted his choice to rebel (but did not want to admit he had done wrong). When his parents found out his mother was diagnosed with lung cancer, Dante began to stop acting out completely. Though his one-eighty served little effect. His parents made the decision to move to his family in South Carolina. Since he was eighteen at the time he was given the option to go or stay - he stayed. His sister left with them but returned to live with him three years later when she turned nineteen. At first, Dante questioned why his sister would want to live with him. He quickly decided he would make up for his past.
For the past two years the young man has been working at Crave (a local restaurant that nearly everyone goes to). Dante is normally placed in different job positions each night, depending on what is needed during that shift. For the most part Dante likes it that way. He claims it spices up his nights. But recently he has been bothered with how mundane his life has became. After obsessing over greater beings for so long, the life he is living is just not the one he wants. He plans to either ask for a pill from the Mayor or make a deal with one of the dealing demons in the town. He believes that if he can change his species, his life will be better. Due to that mindset nothing ever seems to be up to his standards.
Dante’s favorite job at Crave is hosting, since he believes it requires the least from him.
He lost his virginity to a shifter his freshman year of high school.
Danny’s favorite curse word is ‘fuck’ or ‘fucker’
He is terrible at nearly every sport.
Antonia Foster: She is his boss at Crave and has threatened his job nearly twenty times. Dante does his best to stay on her good side (but that rarely works).
Gino Bova: Dante has looked up to Gino since he was a kid. Even though the man is six years older than him, Danny has made it his goal to befriend him.
Mary Beth Foster: The niece of his boss was the main reason why Dante was even considered for the job. They have been good friends since elementary school. Though Mary Beth does not approve of Danny’s choices.
