Let me tell you about my personal assistant Monica, though that's not her real name. She had a terminal illness, something to do with total organ failure. The doctors couldn't do anything but make her comfortable and let her visit her friends and family. 

Lying there on her death bed having said goodbye to all she knew she wished she had more time to live, and that's when I stepped in a moment before she would pass time stopped as I offered her a a deal. she thought I was some grim there to judge her final choice in life but I assured her that I was quite serious, I could save her life but in exchange she will have to work for me. 

She said that she would gladly work for me as long as she lived if I held up my end of the bargain then took the contract and signed it, and so I did as I promised, I took away her pain, her illness and death. Then I took her from the hospital and put her to work. 

She is now employed by me as my personal assistant. If I need copies she will make them, if I need someone removed she will remove them. She has spent time re-reading the contract she signed and has learned the extent of her deal. If she is no longer employed by me the contract is nullified, and she will regain all I took from her.

Heh, to be honest not a lot changed for me, felt very weak till it returned. But my ability to make deals comes from contracts, I'm more of a middle man. Didn't make much work during then, no one had the energy to make deals and the demons didn't want to get drained. So the few clients I got didn't have much to trade save for one interesting client....

Oh there is a catch, no point in hiding that. I negotiate deals with demons, they use to barter in souls but i explained how that was a fools gamble. The only ones willing to sell souls don't have souls worth buying.

Now a proper payment is something that can benefit me and my own demons. I can grant a flightless pony wings for a limited time each day, in exchange they must convince another pony to give up their wings for life. Want me to bring a mother back to life prepare to spend your own life to work off that debt.

One day you find yourself in dire need of aid. You run from door to door getting more and more desperate. Then you see the building again and you stop to read the placard on the door.

You are desperate and might as well see if he can live up to what his sign has to say. You enter the building and a gaunt receptionist welcomes you in and offers you a seat. You ask her if he can really get anything you need regardless of price and she smiles "oh yes, and the price is always fair, even if it isn't what you expect to pay"
