The cradled plywood experiment was a great success as far as rigidity of support is concerned, but plywood really makes an awful surface to paint on. Too many irregularities. Westeros: Total War is a Medieval II: Total War mod that takes place during the War of the Five Kings (that is to say, after Game of Thrones). It is certainly very interesting and a very well done mod (even with properly skinned units!), though it is still in an alpha stage. If you’re into ASOIAF, Total War or strategy games in general, check it out!
