Fire snorted. “We all have a reputation here, but I wouldn’t be much of a person if I let somethin’ stupid like that affect me. Now, come on. Lunch is on me. Move your ass, Ash. I’m hungry.”

Ash just blinked for a moment. This guy was definitely odd.... and it was going to be tricky to get him to just leave him be. He'd be an easy target for Darkrai if he wasn't careful.... but.. maybe just one time wouldn't be too bad...? It's not like they'd become friends that quickly or anything like that...

"Why does everyone think I want to cause trouble for them?" Fire mumbled. Seriously, everyone was snapping at him, and if they weren’t, they wanted in his pants. "Look, I just don’ like people gettin’ crap for no good reason."

Fire sighed and leaned against the lockers. “Now, look. It’s lunch and I need company. What do you say we grab a bite and avoid anything violent? That sounds good to me.”

Ash just stared for a moment in shock. Wait... what had that guy just said...?? He blinked. "What...? You do realize who you're talking to right...?? I'm sure you've heard of my reputation by now... it's.. not like it's a secret..." This guy... was weird.

"Much better?" Fire repeated as he looked at the other boy- Ash, if he had the name right. "The hell happened to ya? Ya look like crap." Perhaps he should have kept his mouth shut, but Fire hadn’t thought that far ahead. 

He was alone in the hallway, too, or so he thought, up until the other boy spoke up. He had gotten distracted combing Smokey’s fur again, and was late leaving his room. At first, he thought that the words were directed to him. A glance and a thought later, and he had decided Ash was probably talking to himself. Still, curiosity had a way of getting the better of Fire.

Ash jumped a bit, looking over at the other before he frowned a bit, his eyes narrowed. "What does it matter to you...? I got into a fight as usual... why you want a piece too..?" He growled automatically. It was just sadly how he acted automatically at times now. 

"I pushed too far and some guys didn't like it... they beat me up and stuffed me in a locker... you know the usual for jocks and the like." He grumbled turning back to his locker.

Ash groaned, his hand to his head. "Damn... those idiots hit hard!" He grumbled in annoyance. He'd gotten into yet another fight because of his antics. Well, it was more like he had pushed too far in pushing them away again and they'd gotten a little too close in a negative fashion. If his mother could see him now... how disappointed in him she'd be... Even if it was for her sake. 

He grumbled again, still annoyed as he walked to his locker, opening it and grabbing what would look like a bag that would hold cocaine or something in it. It wasn't of course, just a thing of pain killers that he'd made himself but he hadn't thought about it at the time when he'd packed it to put it in his locker. He'd just tried to think of what would be the best bag to hold as much as possible without taking up a huge amount of room in his locker. He sighed happily when he popped one and it almost instantly took effect. "Much better." However he hadn't noticed that there was someone around when he did it. After all the hallways had seemed rather empty. It was a break and he assumed everyone was in the lunch room by now. He wasn't because he'd just finished getting out after getting shoved into a locker for Arceus's sake.

Okay so.. uhm... I have NO idea what's going on.... all I know is I come home from work... and apparently Paul is stealing Red's cookies, Hugh is stealing another girl's cookies... My Ash is stealing Green's cookies **because I reblogged it and it looked like it would be funny** and Red is apparently complaining about Green's Vibrator? Did I come home to crack night on Tumblr or something or what's the deal tonight guys? XD

––{✿❀} The botanist’s gaze only froze upon the trainer momentarily, studying them as if they were a new person. She could tell simply by memory that the other wasn’t a new person, but one she’d definitely spoken with before. Her inner voice kept telling her it was Ash, a trainer she’d given the Rainbow Badge to when his heroic deeds helped keep Gloom and the rest of the Celadon gym safe from harm. Although, why did he seem so foreign to her now? This was Ash, correct?

Instead of plastering that confusion within her features, Erika simply smiled, the light catching her ivory face just the right way for taupe eyes to practically glitter with innocence. She ignored the smirk given, as if trying to pass it off as not happening. That wasn’t a personality trait of the Ash she remembered, so maybe she was just seeing things. “Ash, it’s been quite a while,” she spoke up, placing a dainty hand to her cheek. “You’ve grown so much in your journey, haven’t you?” Maybe starting with small talk would bring more of a memory of the other back, and maybe things would start making sense again.

Ash couldn't help but just gaze at her for a bit before he allowed his smirk to grow slightly. "Grown on my journey...?? Heh.. guess you could say that couldn't ya?" He practically sneered. 

"you don't seem to have grown at all... still as shy seeming as ever." Deep down he hated talking to her like this but.... what was he going to do? If it possibly kept her safe from Darkrai he would be as mean as he could be...

Ash just stared for a moment, frowning. More people...?? What did it take to get people to just leave you be....? He recognized Erika... but that could be a bad thing. Sure she wasn't super close to him before but... she could still be in danger. She also would probably know something was up... Then there was another him as well.. or at least it looked like it... they were also a bit older. Interesting... 

Who was that that looked like him though...? He had deep red eyes though instead of the normal.. so it was obvious that they weren't the same person. He also looked like he might be one of the guys that goes to his school that he just entered but, he couldn't know for sure. He hadn't been there too long. 

Then there was a guy with almost fancy looking clothing..? What was he some kind of model? He guessed the outfit could just be a school uniform but it definitely wasn't for his school. 

Then his gaze traveled over the brunette for a second. He was almost positive that that boy was familiar though he couldn't put a name to the face. Was he someone important involving his school...? Possibly. Whatever though, he had to try and make sure they weren't interested in talking wit him. 

"What are all of you doing here....??" He growled a bit before smirking automatically. "Come to try and see if you could get some waves of what I have...?? Heh... good luck~" It was obvious that he didn't actually wish them luck, though, just a figure of speech in a way.

Head Cannons

While the old Ash is still in there somewhere, he's rather deeply buried to the point that it would definitely either take a lot to get to him, or you would have to approach while Ash was asleep. This however still doesn't always work. 

Ash has definitely  begun to enjoy some of the things he does including sleeping around, however he dislikes lying to people still and does his absolute best not to do anything illegal, or at least not too illegal. The most he's done is he'll smoke some pot now and then but never enough to become addicted.

While he is very stubborn when it comes to certain aspects, he will always listen to what Darkrai tells him to afraid that if he doesn't Darkrai will go back on his word and kill anyone and everyone he cares about.

Having gotten beaten up on multiple times by multiple people, and it becoming very expensive before hand, Ash has discovered how to create Asprin from different natural sources in such a way that he changes it now and then so it still has the same effect but it confuses his body so his body doesn't get used to it. This might be something that he uses for something else later on.

The vocalist spun herself around at the sound of some person insulting her. Perhaps if it was someone she was not fond of it would be somewhat understandable. However, a mere stranger with inky black hair and a cap, whom she was sure she had never seen before, dare say that without a reason was unacceptable.

IA balled her fists, however, a sweet smile filled her face despite how she wanted to crush him all in one go. “Why hello there,” she replied back, blue eyes falling into a darker shade, “It’s nice to meet you too. I didn’t know that people of this region could be so horribly rude or perhaps, it’s really just you.”

Ash blinked. Well wasn't she feisty? He rolled his eyes with a smirk. "Nah... just me. I really can't stand people around here... so nice and goody goody all the time... Makes me want to throw up." Well something made him want to throw up alright.. but it wasn't all the people who lived here. 

He really didn't know this girl... and honestly he wouldn't be surprised if she decked him one at any moment. He wasn't going to just let her hit him if she tried though. "Who are you anyway...?? What brings you to this dreadfully boring place..?"
