Eloise nodded and headed over to him, sitting down beside him. She still didn’t feel well but she felt better than she had. Resting her head against his shoulder she closed her eyes.

             cameron wrapped his arm around eloise and pulled her close. “are you okay? do you need me to get you something to help you feel better?” he asked his claim.

Eloise shook her head as she leaned into his side. "Just stay right there." She whispered. She knew it would take a little while for everything to settle down and had spent the better part of the past week hiding in bed and sleeping it off.

“I..” Eloise stammered out before turning on her heel and walking away, not really knowing what to say.

             when cameron heard eloise’s voice he looked up from his papers. “sorry, little dove. i didn’t know it was you. you can bother me whenever you want.”

"I.." Eloise stammered out before turning on her heel and walking away, not really knowing what to say.

“It was hard at first. I didn’t go home for a month. Not that my parents noticed. I nearly killed a guy drinking from him. If it hadn’t been from one of my friends, I probably would have.” He didn’t mind answering her questions, when he was first turned, he’d had hundreds. “I hated it and first and at times it still feels hard, but I don’t regret it, it is part of who I am now.”

Eloise listened intently, taking in every bit of information that he had to offer her. "Vampires kill people, that's just how it is." She said softly. She had spent enough time around vampires to know how they acted and reacted. "Do you think you were always meant to be this way?"

Eloise could barely tell which way was up as the Master carried her towards the infirmary. She had only been there once before but she still didn’t have a very good recollection of it all. She didn’t respond as he spoke, her mind too foggy to truly concentrate despite how hard she tried. Once he had laid her down a shiver ran down her spine while she kept her eyes shut. “It’s cold.” She whimpered, the heat within her had gotten so bad that all she could feel was an all consuming cold that left her body trembling. Soon enough a doctor walked around to attend to the Master and the slave he had brought with him. “No needles.” She mumbled as she shot up from her spot, her head spinning with her movements.

The wolf frowned at the little whimper the human let out and was confused by how she felt cold when it was obvious she was burning up. “I’ll get you a blanket,” he replied softly, even though he knew she couldn’t really focus on what he was saying. Bodhi just moved to get her a blanket and as he came back the doctor finally was with them. “Bout time you got here,” he growled out as he spread the blanket over the slave, glaring at the doctor while he stood next to the slaves bed and couldn’t help but run his hand over the sick girls hair in what he hoped was a soothing manner. “Don’t worry, I’ll make sure he doesn’t poke you with any needles unless it’s life or death.” He glared at the doctor again just for good measure, while he did his very best to give the slave comfort while the doctor looked her over.

Eloise's body was switching between feeling far too hot and dreadfully cold. She was teetering on the edge of falling asleep again but deep down she knew she needed to keep her eyes open and try her best to focus on the masters voice and the way he laid the blanket over her shivering body. "Thank you." She whispered as the doctor began checking her over and doing what he needed to. As he asked her questions she could barely focus, her ears were hurting more than she could put into words and with the state that she was in she wasn't really retaining the information. As he doctor looked in her ears she clenched her eyes shut wanting it all to stop. "From the looks of it she's got a pretty bad ear infection. She'll need antibiotics, some Tylenol and plenty of fluids to help break the fever. In a few days she should be feeling much better." He explained.

“What is it like when you’re being turned?” She asked curiously. “Do you ever wonder why it was only you and not your siblings as well?”

“It was like a constant hunger, and a constant anger rolled into one.” He sighed. “Well it was me because I became friends with the wrong people.” he shrugged.

"How do you even handle that?" Perhaps she was asking too many questions but she couldn't seem to bite her tongue and hold back. "Fair enough I suppose. You don't regret it or resent the person who changed you though?"

“No.  It’ll pass eventually, I’ll just have to deal with it until then.”  Sebastian replied with a slight shake of the head, turning to look at the girl properly now.  “Thank you for the offer, however.”

“I hope it passes quickly then.” Eloise’s voice was soft as she spoke, not wanting to raise it too loudly and make his hangover worse. “You’re welcome, Sir.”

The wolf held her close to his body, frowning at hot she felt even against him, a supernatural creature that ran naturally hot. He had never been sick before, obviously, so he didn’t really know what to do or how bad off the young slave was. “I’m pretty sure you feel on fire because you’ve got a fever, sweetheart,” Bodhi replied softly, though he wasn’t sure if she was focused enough to really hear what he was saying. He shifted her body against his a little as they walked and soon they were walking into the infirmary, and the wolf moved toward the nearest bed and placed her down on the mattress softly and slowly. The wolf called out for a doctor and then frowned as he ran a hand against her forehead, her skin really did feel like it was on fire. “You really are burning up, that can’t be good.” He called out for the doctor again and the master was getting annoyed that someone wasn’t responding to his call quickly enough.

“Yeah, well, we’ll get you warmed up the minute we get you off this bench and into a bed,” the wolf replied, frowning. He could scent the illness off her and he waved off her apology. “Don’t be sorry, you can’t help that your sick. But if you’re not going to be able to walk, I’m going to carry you inside alright? Because that’s where you need to be.” And Bodhi didn’t really give the slave a choice, the wolf just bent down and lifted her easily into his arms before carrying her back to the castle. He toyed with the idea of taking her back to his rooms until she felt better but honestly he wasn’t really equipped to handle any illness, so the wolf started to head toward the infirmary.

Eloise’s eyes fell shut as he spoke, she couldn’t recall a time where her body had felt so odd, it had been years since she was last sick but she knew she hadn’t been right for a little while. “Okay.” She whispered as he lifted her into his arms and she immediately let her body sink into him, her head resting against his shoulder despite everything feeling far too hot and uncomfortable. “I think I’m on fire.” She mumbled.

“Well if it’s just a cold I’m sure they’ll be able to make you feel good in no time right?” However it wasn’t a good thing slaves were getting sick maybe they had to look into that.

“I hope so, Miss.” She said softly. She knew that she only ever got sick when she had been stressed out and her time in the castle had been anything but relaxing.

“Don’t be silly you haven’t ruined anything.” She tells the other woman moving her hand dismissively. “So what is it that you have?”

“I’m still sorry.” She said softly. “I think it’s just a cold.” She said with a small shrug of her shoulders.

“You don’t look fine at all.” She shook her head “No, let’s go to the infirmary to see what is wrong.” That was half an order and half a suggestion, just as she was half actually concerned about the human and also just concerned that she’d get the others sick and who wanted sick slaves.

Eloise sighed and nodded. “Yes Miss.” She said softly. She barely mingled with the other slaves since being claimed but lately she had mostly been on her own, running errands every now and then but mostly just hiding in her room. “I’m sorry to ruin your day.” She whispered.

She looked at the woman and tilted her head “You don’t look so well. are you feeling sick? Why don’t you go to the infirmary?” Marianne couldn’t remember the last time she had been sick but just by looking at the woman she knew it was something she rather not feel.

“Oh no, I’m fine.” She said softly but it was a lie, the mere act of talking was hurting and making her nauseous but she was trying to ignore it all. “Fresh air is better than being locked up in that stuffy place.”

Marianne though she loved traveling and being away she would never deny that Bloodbourne was pretty much her home and the people she cared about most were here so she didn’t think she’d be going away any time soon, one thing she liked to do when she came back as to see if there had been any changes or additions to the castle. She was in the garden, her favorite place looking at some fountain. “I don’t remember if this was here before, do you know?”

Eloise was still sick, still not feeling like herself but she was determined to get some fresh air. "It's new, it wasn't here when I left last time and that wasn't that long ago." She said softly while wrapping her arms around herself.

Bodhi was coming back from doing a little shopping for his slave when he came across a girl curled up into a ball on one of the benches. The wolf frowned at seeing her there, so he dropped down slightly and reached out with a hand to shake her awake. He let out a soft laugh though at her mumble, but frowned at how hot she felt. “Hey, come on and wake up. You’re burning up and you can’t just sleep on this bench.” The master knew he’d have to get her to the infirmary, but he was hoping that he could wake her up first.

Eloise was struggling to force her eyes open but she knew she had to try. “It’s cold here.” She mumbled while rubbing her eyes. When she finally got her eyes open she let out a shaky breath and tried to find the words she was searching for. “I’m sorry.” She whispered.
