Since I was a little child, I always had a dream and a passion for writing short stories and plays. As I got older that passion increased, so as I begin to channel it and focus on the things that strengthen my crafts, I took things to the next level and begun to purse a degree in film making. I attended the School of Communications Arts in Raleigh, N.C. in 2004-2005, where I obtained a Diploma in Digital Film Making and learned the aesthetics behind the movie making and pre/post productions process. I then propelled myself to move forward and go after a Bachelors of Science degree. In 2008, I enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and Majored in Mass Communications/ Broadcasting and Minored in Marketing, just sharpening my skills even more. I graduated in 2010 with my Bachelors of Science, and was also awarded a Certificate of Entrepreneurship. I am currently working on My Masters Degree from Full Sail University for Entertainment Business and after I have completed that I do plan on continuing to further my education by obtaining a Doctorate Degree in either Communications or Theology. Still going at it strong!!! It’s Day 40 #60daylifestyleresetchallenge!!! Few the past week I have had the honor of my mom, becoming one of my accountability partners and working out with me, and my Dad even join us on a couple of workouts as well!!! That was really awesome, we all pushing to get our temples in order!!! I also Started my day off with The Word of God, prayers, a motivational Free your mind Friday zoom and meditation! I also completed 50 push-ups of my daily push-ups routine!!! I also I’m on my T25-Beta workouts, today was Double-Up Fridays- Speed 2.0 and Rip’T Focus which incorporated the dumbbells!!! I had my 1 gallon of water along with my recovery, booster, Hydro Fx, and ImmuneX!!! 8pm I go into fasting mode where I don’t eat anything else until in the morning when I get up!!! I’m so hyped, so I did my weigh in this morning, and I’m down to the weight I was right before I went on my vacation to Mexico in November, and I had lost all that weight, but I came back home, and put it all back on over the holidays season!!! Day 22/ of #60daylifestyleresetchallenge!!! This is huge for me because, I’m 3lbs away from the weight I was before I went on my vacation to Mexico back in November, but I came back home and put back all the weight I worked so hard to lose, over the holidays!!! Day 5/60!!! Today I started my morning of with readingThe Word of God and prayer and meditation! I completed a total of 115 push-ups for my 100 push-ups for 30 days! I also did my T25-Wk#3-Alpha- Total Body Circuit and Ab Intervals workout. Today was Double Up Fridays, so I complete 2 sets of workouts on Fridays!!! I had my 1 gallon of water along with my recovery, booster, ImmuneX!!! For Breakfast I had a sausage and egg scramble, lunch, 10 piece McNuggets(that’s it), Dinner Beef and Broccoli, At 8pm I go into fasting mode where I don’t eat anything else until in the morning when I get up!!! I also did my T25-Wk#3-Cardio-Alpha workout! And also got my stretches in!!! Make sure to get them in during every workout!!! I had my 1 gallon of water along with my recovery, booster, ImmuneX!!! So I had my accountability partner back with me today!!! Was feeling under the weather the past few days, but I refused to retreat or surrender!!! A lot people say aren’t you embarrassed to put yourself up working out like this, out of breath, not doing the exercises right? My response is NO!!! It’s not about how you start, but it’s about starting and finishing!!! No questions the tall tree in forest standing firm, knowing that it had to begin it’s life, once as the smallest seed in the ground barred beneath dirt!!! A few ever said I would be scared to but myself infront of social media and everyone like you are doing!!! The quote from Troy, what Achilles said to the little boy comes to my mind!!! As I was working out today, I was listening to an audio by an amazing mentor of mine, He told the story of A farmer and His Dog!!! One day the neighbors decided to visit The Farmer and his dog, and they both was sitting outside on the Front Porch. As the neighbor approached them, he noticed the dog was just howling up a storm!!! He ask The Farm, what’s wrong with your dog? Why is he howling like that? The Farmer replied, That’s because he is sitting on nail! The neighbor said, Sitting on a nail? Well, why doesn’t he just get up? The Farmer replied, Well I guess it doesn’t hurt him badly enough yet!!! When something gets us to the point that it truly hurts our fabric of being, we will then make a change, that’s what I’m doing with me health this year, if 2020 showed us anything is that we all need our immune systems and health intact!!!
