reading daily- reading is a great way to improve your vocabulary, writing skills and overall benefits the brain.
learning new languages- learning new languages is a great way to learn more about a foreign culture. spending like 10 minutes a day learning a new language is a productive way to spend your time.
meditation/journalling- these two things can help build emotional intelligence, and help you understand yourself better. it can also boost patience and mental stability.Ā
exercise regularly- studies have actually shown that staying active can improve not only the health of your body, but the health of your mind.
play an instrument- playing an instrument or taking up singing not only can make you happier, but itās been proven to benefit the brain.
continue to learn- listen to TED talks, watch documentaries, read articles, etc. keep learning even if youāre not in school/out of school. this doesnāt have to be boring either, you can learn about topics you like and enjoy.
lower your screentime- spending your time creatively can also help you become happier, and gain more life experience. using your time wisely and productively can lead to better days and more leanring.
brain-building games such as chess- chess and other stratedgy based games can help improve brain power, since they require logic and thinking.
let your imagination run- daydreaming and thinking creatively can benefit you in learning to problem solve, as well as thinking outside of the box.Ā
have artistic hobbies- again, using your time in a productive way always has benefits. take time to find new hobbies, creative ones especially can help you with your self expression.
socialize- socializing is obviously very important. first of all, you can learn a lot from other people, and it can shape the way you view the world, and help you empathize with people different from you. plus, social intelligence is also crucial in life.

Dancing to your favorite song in the morning brings out your happy soft confident self. If youāre trying to tap into your feminine I recommend you start moving your body and letting it flow. Your feminine side gets expressed when you move with the flow of life, embrace your creative energy, dance, play.
How to be more confident ;)
My favorite saying is, ā fake it till you make itā. This is always easier said than done but here are some tips on how to feel and appear more confident.
* Create an alter ego. Give your character a name and write down how they act. Whenever you are in a stressful situation you can become that person.
* Eye contact. Force yourself to keep eye contact. Turn it into game and make them break eye contact first. This is such a power move.
* Good posture. Always walk with a straight back and your head held up. This will make you appear more confident.
* Nobody cares. Remember everyone only cares about themselves. Nobodyās thinking about what u said or did. So just be you and live your life how you want.
* Make a good first impression. Be kind, polite and genuine.
* Listen to affirmation podcasts. Thereās are so many confidence boosting affirmation podcast. If u have a stressful situation coming listen to it the night before. The more you tell yourself you are amazing then eventually you will start to believe it.
* Put effort into your appearance. If you look good you will feel good. Take care of your hair, put an outfit you feel good in on, do a little bit of makeup if you want and always wear deodorant and perfume.

Be independent and confident. Don't hold onto people who drain your energy; confront them or cut them off. Don't let them waste your time, babe.
Be your main priority. Take care of your mind, energy, mental health, and body. Work out, eat healthy food, meditate, read and do what's best for you. Become your own best friend and take care of yourself.
Pretty people are always kind. Be nice, compliment people on small things that you notice, and be uplifting and supportive. I've never met a mean, pretty person.
Jealousy is a disease. Take inspo from people who have what you want, look up to them, and learn.
Let people know you're there. Share your thoughts, be funny, don't take yourself too seriously, be open-minded and be as present as you can be. Don't hide; it's time for you to shine, sweety.
Stop Overthinking. Focus on the present and stop thinking about what has been; what has happened is already over. You cant change it. Live in the moment. Thinking too much will just make you feel worse.
Have a morning/night routine. It's fun, and it makes you feel good.
Stop caring. People's opinions shouldn't matter to you. You like that outfit? Wear it. You want to eat? Eat. You like pink more than blue? Own it. fuck other people xoxo.

sunday reset routine <3
first things firstā¦
clean out any trash in your room. throw it all away, and take any dirty dishes out of your room as well
return things to where they belong. Move your computer from your bed to your desk, move your bags back to their hanger, you get the idea
reorganize messy areas. Drawers, shelves, or cabinets whatever has become disorganzied or messy over the week
do your laundry. Itās okay, we all get that big mess of dirty clothes that just piles up throughout the week.
Now time to deep clean!
take time to wipe down all surfaces. Use disinfecting and cleaning wipes to remove collected dust and dirt. This includes desks, tables, counters, etc.Ā
strip your bed. Wash the sheets, comforter, blankets, and pillow cases
vacuum the floor. Pick up any small pieces of trash you mightāve missedĀ
put away all your clothes. Once theyāre done washing, donāt just leave them in the hamper. Fold them up and put them away where they belong
Focus on yourself
shower & skincare! On my Sunday resets, I like to take longer showers and use all my body scrubs and body butters and shower gels. wash your face with cleanser, scrubs, exfoliant, etc. moisturize and use a face roller for a few minutes. Id also recommend doing a face or hair mask
light some candles and meditate. Doing a longer meditation will make your headspace feel less cluttered and more put together. itās like organizing in your head! This would be a good time to cleanse your crystals as well
journal. Take out your journal and write down your goals and plans for the week. you can also take this time to write manifestations, affirmations, or do a few journal prompts.
finally, do whatever you want. At the end of the day, when everything has been cleaned and organized, you can take time to yourself and do whatever you feel like doing. Not all of us have the time during the week to just relax and do what we want in that moment, so take this time to do that! you can watch youtube, draw a picture, play a game, whatever you want.
