Making a cuppa Whenever I’m at home, this is what I do everyday (sometimes more than once a day). I keep record like this to see the brewing time and my temping pressure. I don’t actually have control of the water pouring time from the machine, so I control the weight of beans and pressure. In the video, 31 seconds is too long (cuz too many coffee grounds).
