diet idea i want to try: cut a banana or an apple into 16 slices and eat one slice every hour ... eating often but only like 100 kcal doesn't it sound fun???

I can’t stand my family they always make me want to purge. We were going out to a restaurant and they kept ordering different plates of food and offering it to me. They drive me insane!
