So I woke up with depression in my face. I quickly reacted. Put on my gym clothes, went for a walk and worked out. Ate extra healthy & drank loads of water. Kept my mind busy all day. Every time I negative thought popped up, I told myself 3 positive ones. To be quite honest, I am obligating myself. I tell myself, “you have to, come on, get up, don’t give up, future you will thank you”. To win depression you need will power. As a reminder I have a post-it note on my mirror that says, “resist, persist, insist”.
