Tentacled Fishersnake 🦦

These active predators are the only thing nimble enough to take down a porcupuffer without getting stabbed. Fishersnakes use the tentacles on the ends of their faces to detect subtle disturbances underwater while swimming, and can unhinge their jaws to fit oversized prey into their mouths. Their fangs can fold neatly into the jaw independently of one another when the mouth is closed, and it remains unclear whether or not they contain any venom.
