Ever since moving to Costa Serena for college, it has become one of Gadget’s New Year traditions to ride the ferris wheel at the Harbor Carnival and today, she was about to ride her bike to the Shore so that she can carry out that tradition. Before she can leave though, she spotted a familiar face walking toward her. “Hi! I haven’t seen you since last year.” She laughed. “Okay, that was a bad joke. How were your holidays?”

Raising an eyebrow with a certain mischief in the gleam of his eyes, not being able to avoid bending over to hide a laugh. "Hey! You really know that what you said was terrible." Luckily, Dash had that day off and had decided to simply spend it in a relaxed way: Doing what he wanted whenever he wanted. Not the worst plan. At the question about the holidays, a shrug followed by a smile was used as an answer. "Pretty good! We texted almost everyday but was good to stay with the family and have presents. What aboout you?" Looking at the bike, curiosity took over him. "So, whatcha got there? Planning to do something funny?"

The only downside of working at the Neverland Juice Bar? Those moments when hardly any people entered the establishment. Fiddling with the napkin that was on his side of him, Dash transformed it into a kind of amorphous swan and placed it on the cash register's side as a kind of gift, along with all the others that had been made throughout the work shift. “C'mon dude. This one really looks good. " He replied, with a smirk that indicated that he really found it amusing. It had been a big surprise when this person had decided to step inside the bar and decided jus to stay in the seat that was closer to Dash's, one of those nice customers that wanted to share a talk and not just be left alone with the food. A good way to look for entertainment even if the barista didn't want to admit it. His fingers of him drummed on the table. “Having a great time? Although the weather is the worst right now, it’s not like there isn’t something like coffee or a hot chocolate to make up for it. Can you imagine if someone could control the weather by force of will? " He raises an eyebrow, as if they both share a secret that no one else knows. He was aware that it was wrong to play too much with the powers and that being careful did not fit the definition of both, although it was great to have someone with whom to talk about something else to distract the mind. “Speaking of which. My friend, May I ask if you prefer a common order or you have something else in mind? " Dash asked curiously, running so fast from place to place that it was miracle that no one seemed to noticed or care about it.
