This is a great transitional piece In a lovely shade of burgundy, to welcome in the fall or bid goodbye to Winter as we enter into spring. Great for layering under a coat, or over a sweater! 17 3/4 " pit to pit when laid flat. 23.5" from nape of neck to bottom hem on rear.

The dust jacket in book are In excellent used condition and the book is beautifully illustrated. First edition, copy with an "A". In remarkably good condition for 78 year old book! This book was made into a movie, along with " The Yearling". For Florida residents and "snow birds", celebrate your favorite state.
