the deal was that if david did the dishes after dinner, angel would handle the laundry. so nearly every friday, david would stand at the sink and scrub their plates from dinner, listening to the shower running and angel’s singing from the bathroom. they’d leave the bathroom, wrapped up in david’s shirt and smelling like their honey soap, and toss the first armload of clothes into the wash.

they’d settle in beside david, wet hair seeping into the his shirt where their head rested on his shoulder and start a movie while the washing machine rumbled from down the hall. david always offered to pause the movie when angel untangled themselves reluctantly from his hold move the clean clothes into the dryer. “it’s okay-“ they always insisted, pushing back his hair or thumbing over his cheek or some other little affection that david was too far gone, too deep in their three years to complain about. “i like it better when you catch me up.”

ive been thinking a lot about the shaw pack going to the same school au.

im pretty sure, canonically (not confirmed, im just assuming) the shifters went to an empowered school because once they hit puberty thats when its hard to hide your powers from humans.

but in this au that dont matter because they went to the same school ya heard >:(

milo was the basketball dood. yeah im sorry lmao-

ash was always late to his classes. always. and if he was on time, david probably had that class-

sam and milo had a couple classes together but didnt really talk

sweetheart loved forensic science and took it every year

david/angel: it was david's idea (he actually just wants to see angel in a tight black dress)

milo/sweetheart: milo looks like beast boy, hulk and frankenstein combined xD

2. the kingdom dance (very much inspired by the ost)

I have decided for the lantern scene because it‘s pretty much iconic and super pretty. AND romi‘s way of writing this scene just gave me the last push. JUST LOOK AT THESE TWO PARAGRAPHS HOW CAN YOU NOT?????

For the clothes i just sticked to flynn‘s and rapunzel‘s design and altered some details. and romi i gotta thank you, thanks to you i have been listening nonstop to tangled‘s soundtracks (truly magnificent.)
