Decorated Highly, Winter 2013
Decorated Highly is a book cataloguing different pieces of jewelry in rap. The book takes influence from illuminated manuscripts and Japanese suminagashi to reflect the extravagant and precious nature of these pieces. Quotations from the artists sporting these pieces are featured occasionally to highlight the style of the rappers as well as to create an opportunity for further decoration.
