Conscious allows to get deeper understanding how consciousness is built into the brain, but there still a lot things that I learn.Ā Ā

An insight what I learn from my conscious mind through my art practices. This allows us to understand where we come from and what ideas are about and how we live and behave.
This video allow to get insight what Iām interested about my emotion and what I care about it.Ā
This video allow to get insight to see the perspective in conscious mind that we present right now.Ā
This explain about the function and human behaviour through mind and body.Ā
Emotion are not built
they are just builtāĀ
This conscious experience allow me to experience my art practices to understand the prediction that seem to happen to you. This predictions allows to see what going on within my mind and body practices in video.Ā
My art practice revolves around solitude, meaning that solitude isnāt about cutting myself off from the outside art world or disconnecting from others. Art practice allows me to take time for introspection and reflection of solitude. My art practice enables these experiences to memory and goal into sharper focus. My art abilities require patience and structure. Being patient in experimenting with photography and video allows me to form ideas in my art practice rather than rush. Patience engages me to be thoughtful about what I created without in a rush to get it done, which requires taking time and management. Solitude allows me to appreciate the opportunities to explore these new materials that are comfortable and empty spaces throughout the pandemic lockdown practice. This lockdown experience lets me re-examine why I become an artist through the performance of meditation and solitude. My art practice allows me to be engaged in developing a art performance to make art and challenge myself and my mental health to maintain my personal health and give room for creativity. It helps to expand my new ideas that Iāve experienced in my art practice will be helpful to get some quality time to be an independent artist.
I was sitting on the bench solitude. The past few days, I've been nervous and stress because of Uni and my creative block. Walking outside to get fresh that has helped me calm centered whenever I feel depressed.
Sitting outside the bench in Barry Curtis Part solitude I want to some personal space to reflected on my feeling and thoughts.
I was an experiment with using a go pro in nose. The Go Pro to creates a sense of me doing my art practices. This experiment reminds of VR where people were the VR glasses, but instead, it is a Go-Pro on the nose.
Artistic practice and meditation are combined together by generating composed methodologies of artistic inquiry. This line of experimentation weaves meditation through art performance into a meditative or spiritual framework. This art practices recognize formal sitting meditation as an artistic practice in its own right. This approach lets me to opens alternative and more imaginative ways of investigating and communicating meditative experiences. This process of meditation as a form of art relieves and solitude imagery on my art performance neurophysiological explanations on the other. This art performance made me questions about the place and the function of meditation in performing arts, in artistic research, academic institutions, as well as in our society.
These artistic technologies approach through mind and body is a way to explore and to communicate meditative experiences. Drawing and movement explorations were the tools involved in the experiments. I created a technique for interviewing of filming the movements of the hands of the interviewed myself as an artist, who were asked to answer through hand gestures. Even though I found the outcome of these experiments engaging from the perspective of art-making, I wanted to focus more specifically on the practice of meditation. I began to elaborate participatory experiments for sharing meditative silence. These events, especially the lockdown experience, were constructed for conscious experiences and creative processes within my art practices.
This process involve me as a Asian artist who makes rice everyday, which was therapeutic.
Throughout the art practice. This show the method of relaxation in my art practice. My art practice gives the freedom to form to express our ideas through feeling therapeutic, meditating, psychological and emotional. This art practice allow me to be creative and also process of art making that allow me to document and remember the positive side that help me with my art making.
