Hey y'all

So I'm sorry i haven't been as active on this blog in so long. Like my tags have been dead and I haven't made an original post in like ages. Which makes me feel kinda crappy that this is gonna be the first in a while.

Just in general, I've lost interest in a lot of things, kpop included. I wish them the best and am so happy they finally got a 1st win and are charting and everything is going so well for them, and having been a fan from Daydream era... its super awesome to see.

I've been wanting to take a break from this blog for a while and this week was kind of the last straw. After today i won't be posting on this blog any longer. I'll still leave it here for sure though. I'm real sorry i have to go out this way, but i think its for the best. I had so much fun on this blog for over 4 years and met so many cool and wonderful people, and I hope you all take care of yourselves.

Please remember that if you are ever feeling sad or lonely, reach out to someone. Always take your mental and physical health super seriously, and realize that someone out there, way more people than you think, seriously love and care about you. And that someday, somehow, things are going to be okay.

Every moment I spent with you shined. Because the weather was good, because the weather was bad, and because the weather was good enough. I loved every moment of it.

I was never part of the period where day6 debuted and spent a lot of their time busking and performing at small venues but it doesn’t take much for people to see they’ve accomplished so so much within a few years. even if they’re classified as a korean band rather than idols they still produce kpop tracks in a highly saturated market and have been competing with many other groups who promote at the same time. to read about them growing from having a handful of fans, selling maybe couple hundred albums, cancelling shows because they didn’t have enough ticket sales, and feeling a lot of self doubt when their songs weren’t doing well on the charts till now! selling out stadiums, winning awards left and right, being idolized and loved by many of their seniors and juniors in the same field is very heartwarming. day6 didn’t become famous overnight, and they’ve spent many many years simply trying to make music that people will love and appreciate. so for people to say that all their fame and awards come from being in jype is so ignorant when day6 has put in 250% of their entire selves into everything they’ve ever produced and released to the public. you don’t get constant admiration and promotion from singer songwriters and actors IN the entertainment industry just because you’re from a specific company. they’ve worked hard for everything they’ve ever gotten, and to put everything in perspective, they’re still underrated for all the projects they’ve done in four years. nobody compares to day6 and that’s that hoes
