Honestly you never know what people are going through, you never know what demons they’re battling, you never know how many open wounds someone may be trying to heal and you definitely never know what a pretty smile could be hiding. Be kind, Be smart, Be considerate, Be Radiant, Be caring, be loving and most importantly be the change. And always tell your friends/family that you love them, there’s no secret that 2020 has plagued us with unimaginable events and a surreal amount of deaths, you don’t want to end up living a life of regret if god forbid he call some of your loved ones home and you never get the chance to express your feelings or say Good bye. if you see me out and I’m smiling, laughing, hugging and speaking to everyone cracking jokes just know it’s all love and all good intentions.

But I’m not holiest thing walking so be easy, be smart! *side eye* 😅

Mental health should not just be a hash tag or something we think about when people are hurting, accidentally overdosing, and committing suicide. We have to do better as a whole to uplift each other. You never know what people are going through or if you could be in a similar situation.

Life is happening. Social media makes it all look easy so instead of opening up to people about our battles, we tend to keep things bottled up in fear that judgement will be passed. In reality we are all just winging it, trying to figure everything out.
