Leaning against the cold, stone wall, Twilight took slow, deep breaths. Grasping at his wounds, he sharply inhaled, pain surging throughout him in waves, crashing against his very core. His breath hitched, but then relaxed as he softly pushed himself upright, and continued down the halls of the massive castle. Cuts and burses covered the majority of his rugged body. His clothes torn to ribbons, reduced to rags. Yet despite the bodily trauma, he had a fire in his hear that drove him forwards, fueled by his rage and grief, and undying desire to have the one who murdered the ones closest to him face justice for their crimes.
The pain was easy to push aside, as the adrenaline start to kick in. He could feel that his target was close, he knew they were close- he could sense it through the collar he crafted and put on them. it pulled against him, leading him to where they were. And that thought alone, to know justice was so close to his grasp, was enough to have him keep pushing forwards, to find his prey.
Soon, he stopped himself in front of a door. this is where he felt the tug most, and he knew that his brother was on the other side. So much has led up to this, and once more he will face the monster that killed his mother.
Taking a deep breath, he stepped back, and a rush of anger washed over him. His body tensed, and he struck the door, kicking it down with rage in his gaze. His eyes locked down onto Misery, and the flame in his soul quickly grew to become a roaring fire, consumed with hate and rage.Â
"Its about time, you bastard. I've been waiting so long for this." he snarled, clutching onto the dagger in hand. "Its time for you to take your place in hell!”
