I’m constantly afraid of being murdered in my sleep. Here’s a Dinosaur Party comic https://pbjabcusa.com/dinoParty/2018/02/18/index.html
I’m sorry I made this. I’m really sorry. https://pbjabcusa.com/dinoParty/2018/02/17/index.html
This Dinosaur Party is about a couple jobs I’ve actually had. Idk, these are all the stupidest things you’ve ever thought of. https://pbjabcusa.com/dinoParty/2018/02/16/index.html
Here’s another Dinosaur Party game/comic, lease tell me what you think. I think people say this is their favorite, so don’t look forward to anything! https://pbjabcusa.com/dinoParty/2018/02/15/index.html
I’m going to start posting all of my Dinosaur Party comic/games on here Please enjoy! https://pbjabcusa.com/dinoParty/20181402/index.html

100 DAYS: A MARK BAUMER TRIBUTE
here is my tribute video for Mark Baumer, a great poet and activist who we lost back in january. essentially it is a 1-hour compilation from his “crossing america barefoot” vlogs, with a short introduction for context.
if you don’t know Mark’s work, please, im begging you to check it out. i think most people who enjoy my work will love Mark’s, and i intend for this video to give a good introduction to his work for the unfamiliar. (i also interviewed him on Ep 22 of my “plant liker” podcast, so some of you may already know him from that, if nothing else.)
if you already know Mark’s work but you haven’t watched all 100 of his barefoot vlogs in a row, i’m telling you, it’s something else. it’s incredibly moving to watch the full story unfold, and to get a mega-dose of mark’s energy and wisdom all in one sitting. it was a gift for me to get to spend a chunk of my summer working on this video.
hope you enjoy<3

This is beautiful. T_T
Just finished a short action/arcade/high-score game.
Inspired by the appropriation of African American culture in the witch house genre of electronic music. Fighting games/90's Capcom games take the place of trap music and action/arcade takes the place of electronic/house music. As a mixed race person, also growing up in the age of arcades, specifically the late 90′s early 00′s arcades where fighting games were popular, I have always been fascinated with the demographic of fighting game players.
My experience of what games black people play have been mostly sports and Japanese games, and at the time, Capcom games. Most of the Capcom fighting games at the time had more representation of black people than other games at the time and some of the few non-sport avatar based games to feature playable black people.
I chose the Sergeant as the main character to allow players to play a somewhat disposable normally non-playable character as foreshadowing relating to the horror movie trope that the black character always dies first.
I stole all of the sprites from the Capcom Alien vs Predator arcade game.
The Mac and PC versions are different as the PC version has a paste to background effect.
I finished a game a minute ago called 100.
It was based on my friend James finishing 100 games. I thought the idea of his goal, while positive in the sense of exercise and not taking the medium of games so seriously, was a bit silly as a mode of producing relatively lengthy content compared to the length of production, so I made 100 games that only last 3 seconds.
Many of his games are “music video games” which feature music that he appropriates as soundtracks for his games. I commissioned my friend to make 100 3-second-songs to base my games off of.
My friend, Lillyan, is also a fan of my games that have been more “slice of life”, so in addition to basing each game off of a song, I first chose a photo that I took with my iPhone that I felt best related to the song title. I then based the mechanics of the game on the combination of music and image, adding additional illustrations. For example, many of my photos are of my cat Theo. :-)
There is a Mac and PC version. The Mac version has some intended glitching and some different text placement, while the PC has some additional paste to screen effects.
