National American Beer Day

Today is National American Beer Day! In honor of this day I thought I would share some photos from my first trip to an American brewery. It was the spring of 2012 and my dear friend was graduating from Colorado State University so I flew out to Fort Collins to help her move back to Southern California. The weather was beautiful, the air was clean and the beer was nothing short of mind blowing. So without further delay the first American brewery I ever went to was New Belgium. This is also the first time I ever had an American Wild Ale, their Lips of Faith Tart Lychee. Lets just say I've been hooked ever since. There aren't many words that I can say that these photos wont.

Hop Monster brewed by Tustin Brewing Co, Bootlegger's Brewery and Cismontane Brewing Co for OC Brew HaHa festival last weekend. Amazing beer from three great breweries. More photos coming soon from the festival but in the meantime you can see photos I took of these brewers making this hoppy red on the Beer Paper LA website.
