I can't unlock other mushrooms because I keep being unable to resist raising Vicious daughters and maxing out their traits. Patience, perseverance, and determination always struck me as similar between themselves (having to do with withstanding adverse situations that may seem insurmountable), but I think patience is more about the ability to endure silently, which makes sense. i have many thoughts favorable and unfavorable about the jakub love interest thing. my first: he is extremely naive about how actual intercourse works and shows interest in nobody and nothing EXCEPT violence and power in a way that's jokingly positioned as kink over and over again (main sponsor at the torture convention, the Equipment on his bedroom walls, the eternal leather gloves. of course let us never forget the fetish boots) and combined with the occasional bizarre sexual comments or. thoughts he seems to find entirely unremarkable (this season, breastfeeding as the first bastion against starvation! his mental image of stanisław being him as a super gorgeous prostitute who orgasms at the end of the imaginary older brother advice session!), he comes across as very in touch with a sexuality that nobody understands but him. maybe to everyone's benefit. basically they did the near impossible and created an aromantic asexual gnc sadomasochist so i kind of love that they took his romantic arc (such as it is) somewhere entirely unpredictable to the viewers yet consistent with the characters interests
