So, sparing everyone the icky details, I’ve hit a bit of a financial brick wall and I need a bit of a buffer. So I’m opening up portrait commissions! These will be a flat rate of $25 USD, and will be fully lined, colored, and shaded. Above you can see a few examples of my recent work.

I can’t imagine what he’s been through. To be taken from our home, to live as he did, and not go completely mad? It’s remarkable, if... horrifying, and tragic. I hope, at least, that his new home is good to him.

Why him?

Shirou covers his face with one hand, sighing. “Ideally,” he says, in his long-suffering way--the tone of a disappointed father, which he has absolutely mastered in only a few short years, “I would not choose at all. I don’t want either of them to feel slighted, you know.”

Silently, Shirou prays that that will be the end of it. But he knows, deep in his heart of hearts, that it certainly won’t.

     The body in his arms weighs heavier than any of the burdens Ionia has placed on him.
