"Maknae, you're alive--" Daehyun manages to breathe out after seeing his dongsaeng wander about in the distance. Sure enough, Zelo appeared before him just like he had hoped; it made him wonder how the boy managed to survive the whole ordeal but he supposed this wasn't exactly the time to be mulling over pointless things; what mattered to him the most right now was the safety of his dongsaeng. "Yah, I thought they got you; where are the others?"

As happy as Zelo would've been normally when he saw his hyung, this time was unfortunately, different. He wasn't exactly in his right of mind, but it was understandable considering the shit they had to put up with and go through. The young Fallen took a glance at Daehyun before turning his gaze away. He would've cared more about Daehyun's physical appearance had it not been for his worry for his fellow comrades and friends. He wondered if they were fine; he worried; hell, he worried about his lover and if the other was still alive, but those thoughts were uncanny and something he kept out of his head for as long as the situation deemed possible.

"Hey, hyung..." he managed out, clearly looking absentminded for the most part. "I'm fine but... I lost Niel and the others while escaping... How about you? Where's Yongguk hyung, Jonguppie hyung? You lost them, didn't you?"

Honestly, as much as he wanted to be angry, he couldn't be; the fact that he had lost his own group spoke for all of them. It wasn't Daehyun's fault he had lost track of everyone. It was hard enough taking care of themselves, there really wasn't any time to be looking after others.
