I used to have sleep paralysis daily. After creating a routine it stopped. I think my system got too used to them, cuz it doesnt feel like ive slept at all, if i dont get sleep paralysis at night.

It might seem crazy, but sometimes i crave the light headed feeling during sleep paralysis.
