As per Article 4 of the Inter-Faction Transit and Oversight Mandate, Autobot High Command has designated an official Scientific Liaison to be stationed aboard The Nemesis for the duration of the current truce...

Meaning that, effective immediately, Skyfire will be co-managing the logistics console.

For the safety of the vessel and to ensure compliance with Decepticon security protocols, he has been placed under my direct authority, oversight, and personal supervision. He is to report to no one else on this ship.

Our objective is strictly non-military, focusing entirely on monitoring shifting borders and securing the stable routing of displaced non-combatants, disarmed soldiers, and refugee vessels currently lost in the fallout of war.

To ensure total operational transparency, all data telemetry will be kept entirely distinct from Soundwave's primary intelligence network...

Any interference with the Liaison's duties, or any violation of his diplomatic immunity by any Decepticon, will be treated as a direct breach of the ceasefire.

We have a planet to salvage... Do not make yourselves a liability.

To be totally honest, i kinda have mixed feelings on this ceasefire. I mean, im happy that we're not fighting anymore and the war might finally be over! And being able to talk to other bots without worrying about the potential clashing is nice. But, uh. I dont know what to do with myself anymore. I didn't for a while, but being given orders meant i didn't have to think about it, yknow? But now... i thought id have a plan by now.
