ITS TIME!
We're back again for another year, these are the Officalverse summer tournaments! A tournament where contestants from the officalverse go against each other to be the offical of the year!
This time we are doing 32 contestants instead of 24 to fix the bracket so you will have more opportunities to get in! Im also increasing the required note count from 250 to 300.

Last year's winner was the amazing @sappho-offical! I hope we can get as amazing a winner as them this year too!
The nomination rules:
How to nominate a person: Ask me with that persons url (Has to have -offical or offical- in their url unless its @official--eve or any other exception) and a bit of propaganda for why that person should be nominated, I will answer the ask with a post asking to get to 300 notes for that person within 3 days to be offically nominated (So that we know that the person won't get immediately yeeted from the competition).
Note limit of 5.
You can only nominate one person, if that person is unsuccessful in being nominated fully then you will receive a notification and be able to nominate someone else.
You cannot nominate yourself, but you can nominate other officalverse members or people from outside the officalverse can nominate someone from inside the officalverse.
After all 32 officals are successfully nominated they will be placed in the bracket and the tournament will commence!
I will be checking my ask box and updating the list of contestants/nominees every morning.
Anon asks will be off so that nobody nominates multiple people using anon asks.
Tournament rules:
The two officals that are facing off against each other can each provide propaganda for why they should win, but it's not required, and you guys vote for who wins. The offical who wins will move on to the next round and face off against another offical until there is one offical left, that offical will then be offically crowned the offical of the year!
