Hey Yall Its Me Mod Lovely With An Explanation
You're probably wondering a few things.
Yes, this is the creator. No, I can't post this on the real blog, I left. No, I'm not bringing the ARG back, and no, this isn't the most meta clue ever. It's over.
I want to talk about why I just ended it.
Honestly, I never planned to make an ARG! I planned to constantly tease one and never go through with it! I was tired of the blog. Figured, might as well use it to fuck with people, y'know?
And then people actually started to care and I was like, shit.
So I made shit up as I went. Its obvious. When I first realized I was gonna make an actual ARG, I figured I'd make it a satire on poorly made ARGs. Over time, resets would happen over and over again after clues were found because the author- in the ARG itself, not me- realized she fucked up. Honestly, I still like that idea, but if I go through with it I'll plan it better.
I wound up leaving the blog after an ask along the lines of, "this is a shitty komaedalovemail clone". I don't say that to be like "words can hurt look at what you've done," I say that because that ask was right. I was out of ideas. Grasping at straws.
I don't think I'll continue YFHNB. But it's possible I'll do some other thing. Probably with friends. Oh, also, I played every character but mod Angel. And Mod Angel had no idea what was happening.
Anyways, I'm sorry for anyone who was invested. Y'all were actually wonderful. I had a blast just seeing you react to everything, and that's why I actually talked to people directly, I just can't help.
