Boop!
What is worse ? Krennic's finger or the usage of Comic Sans in another context that the birthday card of a 5 years old ?
Now this is one of the most beautiful Andor drawings I have ever seen (well, almost all of the good ones I have seen are by OP) 😀
Ok. Do you want a "Kleya-Marki-doing-badass-spy-things" show set during the period of the original trilogy ?
seriously :
Yes ?
Yes.
YEEEEEEEEEEEEES.
Indeed. (pick this one if you are Teal'c)
That montage at the end of episode 12 felt like a rebel propaganda piece, wtf
I found Dedra breaking down in prison weirdly framed for some reason...
And don't get me started on "you should reconnect with Bix"; like, I get that from Vel's perspective it's totally good advice but coming from the same writers that made Bix's anticlimactic ending in the first place, yeah, right.
Overall, I think this season was a mixture between narrative chaos (that I had fun with, despite it making this season worse than season 1) and bad decisions concerning the development of so many characters (which I didn't have fun with, obviously)
Although Luthen having a mockery of a peaceful death in a hospital with his family saying goodbye (uh huh) was kinda satisfying.
(oh Kleya, you grew so much on me this season despite everything)
Why did Bix go back to Mina-Rau where :
She was under the threat of the Empire for not having a visa
Her friend Brasso was killed
She got quasi raped
This makes no sense. Plus the baby scene was frankly not necessary...
🙄
They promised Dedra's backstory in season 2, and what did we get? 2 or 3 sentences of senseless bullshit. But hey. We got Kleya's sob story instead. The whole fucking episode full of some random flashbacks. I don't give a flying flute about her backstory. Suddenly, SHE became so important. Also, Luthen's story felt flat to me. It feels like they changed the whole story after season 1. They dropped the Cassian's sister plot completely, although it seemed so important. I mean come on, what the fuck was that???!! The most stupid thing to come up with considering we still heard her calling his name again in the end of the last episode. And Bix having a baby?! That was like an idea of a very bad fanfic writer. Although episodes 7-9 were magnificent, the whole story landed flat. They can't excuse it by saying they had to squeeze 4 years in one season. They shouldn't have spent the first 3 episodes in the fucking jungle or at the wedding that nobody cared for. Or force-feed us with the boring old Bix/Cassian non-chemistry lovestory 🤮.
good news dedra, new management in about 3 years
She definitely got something new to wear this season
she put the MOTHER in MON MOTHMA
Happy Mother’s Day to Eedy Karn and to Dedra, the child she never had!
Somehow related to this image, but only mildly : a few years ago, Synlab laboratories used to sell (in France, don't know for other countries) gift cards for lab tests. They were several types of card if I remember, such as "Thyroid function test", "Pregnancy test", etc. These cards generated a backlash, because this move was viewed as an unwelcomed "commercialization" of healthcare, which is not viewed kindly in France, and the cards were quickly discontinued
Though I see some merit to this view, I was quite saddened by that, for the following reason :
There never has been, and there never will be, a more passive agressive gift for you mother in law or daughter in law than the "menopause" gift card.
I can totally see Eedy offering this to Dedra.
Wishes / Predictions list for next week
Ghorman has been taken care of. Now Dedra goes berserk on Axis and Andor
Especially since she has reviewed the footage from the Plaza and has seen Syril fighting Cassian to save her (totally unrealistic but who knows)
She directs the operation in which Heert and other ISB operatives track Luthen
She ends up cornering him in his antique shop, and kills him
Kleya escapes and goes to the safehouse to confront Cassian who she feels is responsible for Luthen's death
Dedra kills herself in the end, not being able to get over Syril's death by her own fault (indirectly)
Leida Mothma betrays her mother by pledging allegiance to the Empire
Perrin Fertha is tortured to death
Wilmon Paak lives
Dedra kills Lonni Jung
What are your predictions ? 🫠
I know I am never getting this but man, I would pay good money for the bloopers of Denise, Kyle and Katherine doing the dinner scene.
Like, let us sign a petition or something folks.
My prediction for next week:
She's gonna go full berserk on Axis now that the Ghorman dossier has been "handled".
I wonder if she will kill herself afterwards (unlikely, but who knows ?), or be killed, and if it is the later, then by whom ? (Kleya maybe?)
Am I the only pathetic Keero devastated PoS around here having AI writing me a few fanfictions where things are all nice and rosy (and sometimes a bit spicy, let's be honest) between Syril and Dedra ? 🤔
Just to be sure...
Am I ? 😭
I'm into Keero but I have not yet reached that level of desperation
You are not alone, fellow Keero !
I am not into Keero

Genevieve O'Reilly as Mon Mothma in ROGUE ONE: A Star Wars Story (2016)
By delivering her speech in the Senate chamber, Mon Mothma set herself on a path that would lead to the loss of many things she had previously taken for granted.
The first being her hairdresser.
