It had been a long day of classes and sparring and trying to ignore Haruka and Michiru needed a break. She’d showered and changed in silence while her teammates took their time cooling down and had hurried back to their room to get her violin before heading to the abandoned classroom she liked to use as a practice room. She carefully opened her case, taking the priceless violin out and getting into her stance. After several deep breaths to center herself she began to play, letting her fingers move along the strings to whatever piece of music came to mind first.
A sigh escaped her lips as she sat down at her desk; homework and books spread across the oak wood in front of her. “Let’s do this.” She mumbled, picking up the first piece of assignment that she needed to do. It wasn’t until she had picked up her pencil, that she heard the sound of music. But it wasn’t just any music, a violin. She dropped the pencil, closed her eyes and allowed the music to surround her. It wasn’t long before the heiress found herself standing up, walking out of team RWBY’s dorm room, in attempts to locate the sound. She had no idea, that anyone else here enjoyed the classics as much as she did. Homework could wait, she thought, as she walked down the hall, towards the source of the music.
