Careless location is fine usually because you can retrace your steps, roleplay having the object so you can figure out your own actions, and generally you’ll come across it naturally. Meanwhile Special location is like. If I staple it to the ceiling surely I will remember this action as it is novel and memorable. And then you forget anyway, and now the object is stapled to the ceiling for weeks because WHY WOULD YOU LOOK THERE.
