Because of how the situation is evolving I’ve decided its in everyone’s best interest for me to publicly reveal the resignation letter I’d drafted yesterday. It goes into detail about everything that’s been happening to both myself and the other mods for years. Everything in this can be corroborated by other mods, past or present, and in more recent cases there is proof available.

This isn’t how we wanted things to go, but it isn’t fair to the other mods to be treated as liars or have conspiracy theories tossed about. If you have questions or concerns feel free to contact me here or on my public twitter where I’ve been handling things. 

Whether anyone follows us to the new group, stays in whatever they’re trying to salvage with citta, or whatever. That’s everyone’s decision to make on their own. But I feel a little better knowing that the truth is out there.

as of the recent news i will be continuing my threads given the eventual migration to another group -- regardless if citta stays i will move all of my muses. i am doing this as more than citta itself, i love the people and mods that created this community and made it a home. if said home will must move, then i will go along.

ive been in citta since citta 1.0, my name is argilla and was before going by briar. im 23, mexican and i do fulltime customer service 6 days per week. my life is hectic and has never been stable but citta always offered itself as a good place to return. no matter the time, year and moment. the time i have spent here has been nothing but good memories and i can say for sure it pains me to see this develop. however, my love is not blind and neither my loyalty. 

as of the eventual movement, the same applies to @cyfre , @porimes , @laferce , @wasuremasho , @yamiisha and my recently added @rakkanshugi

 i love all of you and i am here if anyone needs to vent.

plastered all over the city are strange flyers, garbed in blue and white. upon them is a depiction of what seems to be a pool and floaties, along with the words HIVE CITY POOL PARTY scrawled in big, bold letters. the date reads JUNE 25 for all goers to arrive, along with tabs which give directions to where it is to be held come the day it starts. no name is listed on who might be the host, instead leaving it up to the imagination of whoever comes across the peculiar posters strung about the city. still, there seems to be a form of contact for those who might be interested in participating in entertainment and other things were they willing to venture this path. all one knows is that an impending pool party to greet summer is inevitable, leaving the citizens enough time to get ready for if they decide to show up to the gathering…

hello, everyone! for the next couple of weeks, a pool party will be organized for those who wish to partake. this will be a MEMBER RUN EVENT, so it will not count toward your rank - ups, however there’s still a lot of fun to be had. that being said, there’s a lot of things that can be done here! if you would like to participate in entertainment of any kind for it, feel free to send a message here to set things up so i can type it out in the introduction so people know the itinerary of things! anything is possible, whether with music, comedy acts, readings, etc. if you feel your character would love to perform something here for others then feel free to send a message this way! there are also other things such as medical attention for those who get injured and the like, so if you think your muse could interact with this in that way then you’re welcome to send a message as well!

Oh. Well. She already knew. That takes the wind out of his sails a tiny bit in all honesty. He’s relieved, certainly, but the last thing he’d been feeling before his death was panic and urgency at getting the information to those who needed it. He wanted to be glad to hear that his sacrifice was not in vain, but the fact he had even sacrificed his life at all…

It was a lot to take in all at once. Especially with the Lieutenant firmly insisting that they were both alive. He did seem to be alive…somehow. And everyone else he had met thus far was alive as well. 

“Uh…yeah… I, uh, ultimately wish I hadn’t died, honestly, but… It’s good to hear I managed to help.”

That meant everything had ended well…right? But…wait… If everyone here was alive…did that mean they hadn’t defeated the Homunculi? Damn, and here he was, thinking Roy had avenged him. …But that was an entirely other matter all together, wasn’t it?

“Lieutenant…I almost hate to ask this, but…how has Roy been?”

He’d always remained as upbeat as possible around Roy. He knew it was something Roy needed, a balance to the horrors of war and the dangers of their daily lives. Without his constant bugging and gushing about his family, he felt certain Roy would have fallen into a far worse depression than Hughes had ever seen…

But he was gone now…and Roy had to have known that. His sacrifice may not have been in vain, but what about the lasting effect it would have on those around him? Roy…Gracia…Elicia…

“Nothing can be done anymore.” She never thought the possibility of seeing Hughes lament anything at all. But she also did not consider the notion of seeing him alive again. “You were given a second chance, that is what matters now.” The circumstances were not the most optimal. However, she would not deepen the wounds in his heart by feeding on his sulking. 

“The Colonel? He is faring well.” As far as she can recall. The physical blindness was a whole different matter but here, Roy did not seem to be struggling with that. Another reason to worry and suspect the capacities of the scientists. “When you left, it took a toll on him. It came to a point I feared I-- we would lose him.” Confiding such information to Hughes should be no problem, given he is a trustworthy ally. In a way, she was glad she could speak openly of that time.

“But don’t worry, that is why I am here. To protect him.”

The scientists gave him a BB gun. Bucky had one of his own, back when he and Steve were still little kids. Back then, playing soldier was popular in the neighborhood. It was no wonder then that he enlisted in the army when the world was ablaze with another World War. Little did Bucky know at the time, that joining the army would change his life forever. But that was neither here nor there. Right now, he found himself at a shooting range, lined with booths of people sharpening their aim in a very legal environment. One booth in particular caught his eye.

Bull’s eye, after bull’s eye. Her grouping was centered and barely budging. “Not bad,” he commented, as soon as she finished her round with the target. “You military, or police?”

Being trapped did not implicate fully disregarding her training. Sharpening one’s skills was a must when having duties to fulfill. Truth to be told, she never enjoyed shooting. It had a bitter implication, mostly since she knew very well that only a killer can be as good. 

Everyone else around though, did not deserve the same judgment. 

Being praised for her skills was no new but of course she would not ignore it.

“Could be better.” Always harsh, her discipline made her even more of a perfectionist at times. She placed down the gun, opting to give him her entire attention. It would be rude to simply ignore him. “Military. Though it means nothing in this place.” Ranks, badges and titles were but meaningless now. “Lieutenant. You?” There must be a reason why he asked, after all. It would be pointless to disregard the possible affiliation.
