#from the moment i discovered i could put my thoughts and ideas down to paper i ran with it #and while i abandoned writing during my uni years because i was being an academic weapon and writing essays consumed my life #and while i was navigating my life and wondering what i wanted to do post university #i'm so grateful i've found a passion for writing again #i think it's because i write predominantly non-fiction now for the magazine and i can be punny yes but i can't be creative in that sense #like i can't use superfluous words and have alliteration in every other line and idk i would like to think my writing has some sort of #melancholic whimsy to its tone #but with the magazine i can't do that #so i'm grateful i have returned and can manifest storylines again and just develop my craft #something i'd like to do is attend writing workshops but yeah! i'm too shy for that but for now i enjoy doing what i do
