Angor Wat | Cambodia. We arrived here at 430 am to shoot sunrise. I had no idea what I was in for even though I have seen photos of it hundreds of times. Once sunrise was over as I turned around to leave I was left speechless. I may have shed a few tears. A bit spiritual may be an understatement - the whole thing touched me. During these challenges upon coming home I am reflecting on life even more (reflect is my word of the year). And @kelleydallasphotography I am so glad we shared this together! Luang Prabang | Laos. I enjoy shooting landscapes and travel photos, even more I enjoy the street photography. Those brief moments when no one is looking and you spy that precious moment. I love everything that came together here; the light on her face, the woman in sneakers, eggs piled up and the overload of electrical wires that would never pass code in the states. The entire time I wished I had a home to bring back her goods to and make something delicious. These are the moments of traveling that make it all real and worth the journey. Bangkok | Thailand. The last time I was in Bangkok I was 25 and it blew my mind. I am going to be honest when I arrived back 25+ years later my first thought was “it is just another big city”. Then I started losing myself in the culture and it blew my mind again. Now I cannot wait to come back - just hope it isn’t another 25+ years before doing so. Bangkok | Thailand. One of my favorite things to do when traveling is weave my way through alleys and small streets and neighborhoods; taking in the smells, tastes and sensory overload with every turn.
