I think I disagree.. I think if you’ve loved something or someone then there’ll always be a part of you that will continue to do so. I think if there’s truly no part of you that loves it/them anymore then it was never really love in the first place.

Even if you don’t love who they are now, you loved them at the time. Your past is a part of you so even if you’ve both changed, a part of you will always feel something for a part of them.

But that might just be me.

I don’t know why you think I’m saying it.. But I really said it because I believe it. There may be other feelings there; betrayal, even resentment but I think that the only way love ever leaves is when you can become completely indifferent to someone/something you loved or cared about.

Anyway, I apologise for thinking you meant conceptual love. Yes, “a love”, a physical embodiment can leave.

Warm milk usually does the trick. But unfortunately we have run out of warm milk so I have to suffer through this. I’ve never tried camomile tea, though.
