and now i'm super bloated and my face is all puffy today
i'm gonna fast until i can't anymore, aiming for 48 hours
however i live with a big family so it will be hard so if i dont have to eat today im keeping it under 150 cals
im so fat now
ive gained 5lbs
please someone help me get back on track i dont wanna live like this anymore
i haven't pooped. in DAYS. i ate like 2k cals yesterday too.. because we had to go out to eat for brunch and it was super greasy and gross food and i had to eat dinner too.... so lord help me im just downing coffee with almond milk and tea rn hoping to go LMFAOO

Hey, I plan to add to this as I go, this is just gonna be an ever changing index of recipes that can be looked through. These are a mix of recipes I have found from other people, some with my own edits, and some without - each have a link to the corresponding post.

Banana Waffles - 80-100cals per serving (makes 4-5 servings)
Crepes - 52cals per serving (makes 6 servings)
Coffee Porridge - 137cals per serving (and total)

Carrot and Ginger Soup - 118cals per serving (and total)

unfortunately i cant fast anymore, i used to be able to do 3 day long fasts and be afraid to chew gum thinking it would break it, but now it just makes me binge..
anyway I eat 3 meals a day + snacks
but obviously i keep the total under 600 cals
you just have to eat low cal high volume
breakfast was
1 slice pumpernickel bread- 100 cals 4g F 3g P
1 fried egg white -19 cals 3.6g P
blueberries- 23 cals 1g F
5 raspberries- 5 cals 0.7 g F
3/4 tsp rasberrie jam - 12 cals 0.3 g F
kimchi- 10 cals 1g F
total was 169 cals 6.6g protein 7g fiber
It's better to eat a little than binge a lot.
Low cal volume foods could save you from a binge.

on my period waist is bloated a whole fuxking inch at 25in rn. im always a 24 unless its the week before and week of my period.
my water retention is going crazy rn and im so fucking hungry i alr ate breakfast and a snack (total of 178 cals though so wtv)
but somehow from that im so fucking bloated like kms. UGH. I HATE MY LIFEE AND THE FUCKING MENTAL HUNGER RN IS KILLING ME.
