Ego Boost

Understanding the difference between our self and our ego is a delicate matter. As long as we believe that we have a self, we should strive to feel good about that self. That is why it is nice to be nice to yourself. Think kind things about yourself. Pick up your ego, dust it off and appreciate all of the blows it has taken for you and from you. I wish you and your ego a glorious day.
